We ask that any 1stclaims panel solicitor is experienced in personal injury claims and has a real zest for providing excellent service. We favour smaller firms that employ solicitors to help accident victims as these are the firms we receive the best client feedback about. If you can return new enquiry calls regularly within 30 minutes of receiving them, we are happy to hear from you.
