Every transaction completed with you ends with the client completing our Solicitor Select questionnaire. If you consistently score highly on your ratings, you will receive more leads more quickly. However, if you receive three bad ratings in a row for one area of law (eg conveyancing) and you are unable to respond to the criticisms, you will no longer receive more referrals from that section of the website unless and until you can show improvements. It is this system that leads to consistently high quality leads being provided.
